I have been on Viagra since then to increase blood flow but no real response like before from it.I can now use manual stimulation and a light constriction ring to get 100% wood like before the surgery...But when I try Viagra it still does nothing for me... Why is that? If Ican get an erection now without it that means the nerves are functioning..if the nerves are working, then why wouldn't Viagra stimulate those nerves to get a better response? Each site contains a thorough explanation of how they work, possible drug interactions, side effects, and so forth. From everything I've heard and read, I agree with Fairwind. These drugs work on the circulatory system, not the nervous system.During the surgery, the nerves get traumatized and it often takes them a long time to recover. Or, as in my case, one (or both) sets of nerves may be removed. How long recovery takes, or if it ever happens, varies from individual to individual. I tried 5mg daily Cialis for 4 weeks got no response other
