It contains 750mgs of the muscle relaxant Methocarbamol, which may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, dry mouth and headache. As to Adderall, if you feel you need such a medication, you'll need to see a specialist. Having your PCP refer you to one would most likely be the quick and easy way to get the help you need.
