This pill is a generic version of Tylenol with Codeine, it contains Acetaminophen 300mgs and Codeine 60mgs. It is manufactured by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals. ## But an easy mistake to make. Mallinckrodt does make a generic 4 mg hydromorphone tablet. It is round, white, 5/16 diameter. Imprinted with block M on one side, 4 on the other. They (drug companies) make generic 2mg bars that come in white, yellow and green (the green ones only break into 3 little squares instead of 4 like the other white and yellow, but it's still 2mg too).
